3. Purpose and scope of data processing on www.dcnt-consulting.de

3.1 Server log files
Storage of browser type, operating system, IP address, date/time, etc. – deletion after 7 days.

3.2 Content data (contact requests)
Processing of data provided voluntarily by e-mail/telephone based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

3.3 Data sharing
Only with service providers (e.g. hosting, IT, postal services, tax advisors) under strict confidentiality.

3.4 Data transfer to the USA
Transfers to third countries are carried out using Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).

3.5 Cookies
Use of session and persistent cookies. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3.6 Google Web Fonts
Integrated locally, no connection to Google.
